Let's go horizontal!

Admittedly, the system based on hierarchy has had its day.

Gone are the days when the boss dictated the conduct of employees. Gone are the days when employees were treated like children and punished if they did not meet the employer's often unclear or unrealistic requirements.

Now, we are going to horizontal mode. No, this does not mean that we work lying down, but rather that each human in the network is treated as a responsible adult.

Opting for a horizontal network model means that one or the other of the members can in turn be a project initiator, collaborator or even project leader from A to Z. Depending on what is required, the right people come together at different points in the project to meet the challenges and needs.


Transparency is there from day one. Everyone knows their role and is accountable for their deliverables.

Obviously, this way of operating also requires everyone to be in a position of openness, efficient and caring communication and above all, to have a high degree of accountability. Out of question here to blame the boss... we are all sitting at the same round table!
